"How is your BODY today the 17th day of August ?"   Mine is going thru 'the change' folks. Yep menopause and I do mean MEN-o-PAUSE or taking a break from, rather not by choice as one took a break from me perhaps because of the way my body was affecting my mind, but as it is today. When you are not yourself and you have little control over the stabilizing forces that make a 40-ish year old woman squirm, it is because the hormones are slowly ebbing away from the womans essence. Thats right lack of the tolerant hormones I had before are now causing me to lose control and hurt the people I love. Verbal abuse is just as damaging as physical abuse is and men have feelings also. Ladies do not think that when we lash out at them during these trying years of our womanhood, that they deserve, like it or will easily forgive us, for sometimes they cannot and then the few days can turn into weeks and then months where no talking becomes the worst pain and strangers evolve.   COMMUNICATION-- better yet, BODY Language. What does it say when we are in an argument ? How does the squinching of our facial muscles or a grimace feel when another person sees it or worse yet senses it through a phone wire expecting calm and tranquility and hearing only loudness and irrationality ? Communication. If we are not speaking to one another, more distance forms and even speculation arises. This can  only get worse if stubborness and pride get in the way of really knowing what the other person needs, wants, deserves. --------------------------------------------   "Is it maintaining peak performance ? Is it pushing twenty years, 30, 40, 50, 60 even 70 in the physical condition of the human experience, faring ok, good, or great ? Are you satisfied with the proportion of weight to size to height of your wonderful BODY ? Old sayings like "you are what you eat" are ringing very true to me as some of the research into what I consume startles and alerts me. I as a consumer, mostly health-conscious, will not tolerate FD&C food additives because its base is now petroleum, once bitiminous coal, a proven carcinogenic material. I cannot agree that petroleum is any better. Regarding yours and my health, I urge you take a stand and demand safe good food even we are allowed to grow at our own risk of not being green thumbs ! I don't want food that is altered with an artificially prepared proven agent that destroys people at the cellular level. My encounter with ghosts
The body will inevitably be taken over one day by death, it must happen. However, it does not appear to be such a terrible ominous sense of being 'done' as it does a moving onto greater accomplishments when I was able to see 'death' from the living point of view as an observer of whimsical yet extraordinary educational deliverance !
The paranormal does get through supernatural means even when you are not looking for something unusual. Not saying ghosts make themselves present at request, but appear when least expected. So when I did not know I was even being watched, this piece took on a whole new meaning for truth is in what you sense not always what you see . . .

As the Enlightenment Advisor I have to provide resources for ALL outlets people use to build their awareness of a something more. This means avenues of exploration already used centuries ago, decades ago, a few months ago, a few hours ago maybe and even those that have not yet been met from someone else's lips to my ears . . . I am still intrigued in the stories of every being here on earth, trapped in a physical body host, having left it for while and wandering, or just plain rid of it and moved onto greater challenges as a being of light, dark or somewhere in the between.

I had been given the opportunity to chisel out from a granite of disbelief some very interesting signals I tap into when exploring the paranormal field that requests one delve into the psychic phenomena, the supernatural arena, the place where some of our religions and cultures forbid us to partake in. If empiricism is what makes you a firm believer then you must change your constructs to include instead of abstain from, the idea that not everything can and will be scientifically empirically affirmed. It just is and that is the true basis of faith my friend,

*Honest to goddess, these little cuties WERE NOT hovering above any of the graves when we physically visited this Chagrin River teeeny weeny cemetary around this time two years ago; however, upon downloading them onto the scanner from camera, they miraculously or intentionally 'appeared'.

I really want to know besides that the colors detectable by the human eye do represent the color of clothing their body was wearing when it sustained death either tragically or naturally. Correct ?
