8/16/10--- When I want to find serenity I am really looking for composure. Music, aromatherapy, great food and a gentle caress from that special someone can usually do the trick but if I were to have no electricity, my nasal passages were too clogged to smell anything but sicky, my sense of taste went out the door and the gentle caresses have been replaced by wounded pride and severe distancing, most of the serenity seeking seems to point to sobbing, thoughts of reciprocation of not-so-nice a manner, and self pity and I ask myself as a clinician of the psychological kind . . . Where is the health in this ?
